A J Property Solutions were engaged by the property owners to complete a full refurbishment of a newly bought rental property.The works included a full rewire, re plastering, a new fitted kitchen and boiler, new bathroom, painting and flooring throughout and full check and certification of electrical and gas installations. New furniture and appliances were also fitted to provide a one stop solution for the client. We also provided advertising and tenant find services to leave our client very happy indeed..
WAREHOUSE REFuRbishment
A J Property Solutions were engaged by the Warehouse owners to complete a full refurbishment upon a tenancy ending. The warehouse is 27,000 square feet, The refurb included outside landscaping and clean up, external building cleaning and repainting, removal of a large Mezzanine, a replacement dock shelter, painting and flooring of offices and full check and certification of electrical and gas installations. Work was completed on time and on budget.
